What I Do Between Classes
So basically, I'm a lazy guy and if I'm not in the mood to do work (which is just about everyday when I have breaks between class), I just browse random stuff on the internet. My top three things to do are 1) check Facebook 2) read news articles on CNN.com or 3) watch random YouTube videos. Today, I decided that I'm going to post some of the videos I've watched this week so you can do so as well.First, since the presidential/vice-presidential debates have been on in the past week, I thought this video was appropriate. I'm going to be honest, but I really just don't care too much about politics at this point in my life. I don't feel obligated to take the time to actually research and study issues and politicians' views. I don't want to speak for everyone but I have the impression that a lot of people my age are the same way. Regardless, everyone knows that debates can be pretty boring, but this video is basically what I was thinking while watching them:
Next, one of my favorite shows on T.V. is 'The Office'. If you've never seen it before, you are missing out. Definitely start from season 1 if you plan on watching it because the character development is what makes the show so awesome. This video focuses on two characters, Jim and Dwight, who are two of the employees at the office. They have a very special connection and they are consistently engaged in a prank war. This is one of Jim's latest:
Finally, this last one isn't really a video. It's just audio, but it is pretty creepy and tragic. Last week, a 17 year old boy from Texas murdered his mom and sister and called 911 to confess half an hour afterwards. His monotone voice makes the whole situation very eery. Although he was most likely in shock at that point, he is almost positively insane. The 911 dispatcher does a great job of keeping him on the phone for about 20 minutes until the police can arrest him. This isn't the whole call, but you get the point:
I definitely want to keep doing this sort of posting, so if you enjoy this let me know! Come back during the week to check up on new posts about news, music, or random stuff that I find interesting! Thanks!
